General Terms and Conditions

  1. CMS Machining, located at Carrer de l’Empordà, 22, 08211 Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain), provides CNC machining, manufacturing of components to customer drawings, and CAD-CAM engineering services.
  2. Scope These Terms and Conditions govern requests for quotations, the contracting and execution of CNC machining, component manufacturing and industrial services provided by CMS Machining.
  3. Quotations All quotations are provided for information purposes only and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any technical modification may result in a revision of the quoted price.
  4. Order Acceptance Acceptance of a quotation constitutes the customer’s agreement with the technical specifications, commercial terms and delivery schedule, authorising the commencement of the contracted work.
  5. Technical Documentation The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all drawings, 3D models and technical specifications supplied. CMS Machining will manufacture the components in accordance with the documentation provided.
  6. Confidentiality All technical, commercial and documentary information received shall be treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively for the execution of the contracted work.
  7. Materials Materials may be supplied either by CMS Machining or by the customer. Any defects resulting from customer-supplied materials shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
  8. Quality and Tolerances Components shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and tolerances specified. Where no specific tolerances are indicated, standard industrial machining practices shall apply.
  9. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by force majeure, technical incidents, supplier delays or modifications requested by the customer.
  10. Inspection and Claims Any claim relating to visible defects, incorrect quantities or manufacturing errors must be submitted in writing within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the goods.
  11. Warranty The warranty covers only manufacturing defects attributable to CMS Machining and is limited to the repair, replacement or reimbursement of the affected component.
  12. Limitation of Liability The maximum liability of CMS Machining shall be limited to the total amount invoiced for the contracted work, excluding indirect damages or loss of profit.
  13. Intellectual Property The website content, images, texts and corporate documentation are the property of CMS Machining or their respective owners.
  14. Data Protection Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy published on this website.
  15. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona.
